The vibe is undeniable! The music is amazing and the food is really good but the service is so terrible that it takes away from the experience. I’ve been there twice, first time was on Mother’s Day. The service was terrible but I thought the overwhelming amount of people contributed to the service being that way and said we'd give it another try on a less overwhelming occasion. It was actually worse the second time! We went during brunch and there weren’t many people there for us to have the same issues again! Only 4 tables were occupied. The waiter had us waiting almost 30 mins before even coming to give us a menu and take drink/appetizer orders from us. It took an additional 30 minutes to receive our drinks, and we only got them because someone from my party went to find the waiter and ask what the hold up. We were supposed to do the unlimited cocktails for a 2 hours and the time starts from the moment you place the drink order so our time was wasted waiting. The waiter had an attitude that we went looking for him. We asked him could he take our food orders upon bringing our drinks and he didn’t come back for 20 minutes before actually taking the orders. Our food didn’t come out until 45 minutes - 1 hour later and we also only got about 2 drink refills because the gaps in which he came back to check on us were so far stretched. The waiter was extremely nonchalant and didn’t care that we had to keep getting up and looking for him. We even had to ask another waiter to find him for us for our bill and to go plates. Also, no one greets you or checks for ID, reservations or anything. You just go right in and linger about and hope to find a seat. Overall, they need better...

I visited Edge Lounge back in June 2024 to celebrate a friend’s birthday. This was my first time visiting this location. Prior to entering there is someone to check your bags and quick pat down to make sure you’re not bringing in anything. When we arrived, it was still early and wasn’t as crowded so the atmosphere was nice and comfortable. As additional guests started to come in, it began to become suffocating inside. Thank goodness we were in the corner; we also would go outside for some air. When we arrived it was still happy hour, I order the chicken quesadilla which was really delicious. It wasn’t enough to fill me up as they only give you half the quesadilla as it’s happy hour. I requested a regular menu which took me asking about 5 different staff members and almost 30 minutes later. After I finally received a menu and requested sliders it must have taken almost two hours to receive it. They were even sliders they were huge. I wasn’t a fan as it was really thick and lacked seasoning. I didn’t finish my first one and didn’t even touch the second one. The fries were okay. I will say the music was great. I think I’m giving the rating mostly for the music. This location is accessible via express bus and regular MTA however I took an Uber to and from. They accept cash and card. I’m not sure if I’ll return to...

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I definitely would. I called for a reservation for 4. Myself, My Husband , My 12 & 18 yr old Children. They didn't mention ANYTHING about age restrictions. We arrived about 6pm. The Dread refused to seat us because My son is 12yrs old. He said if everyone is not 18+ we had to take our food to go. I told him I didn't see anything pertaining to age on the website. The sign out front says Edge Restaurant and Lounge. This is not a Lounge that just so happens to serve food. Furthermore, the Restaurant was practically empty. There were 3 People at the bar. My Family and I could've been seated and served in the corner far away from the bar. The point of this review is so that No one else waste their time going with People under 18yrs old. Please put the age limits/ restrictions on...

I went to celebrate a friend’s Birthday. Let’s start from the entrance. Security greats you, checks your bag, and pats you down. No one checked ID. I walk over to my friends table and they had her sitting in a table for 8 when we were a party of 12. The reservation sign the restaurant puts in the table clearly states 12. Instead of arranging for us to sit together they separate us. Every time the waitresses came they would forget the other 1/2 of the party. It took forever for us to get the menus, place our order, receive our order & bill. The place was packed people standing over us as we were eating. As more people arrived the more suffocating it was. They had a lot of security but not enough staff for customer service. As good as the food was I don’t plan on visiting an establishment that does not provide good customer service.

Happy hour food selection is very limited but it's very yummy and good value (except for the fries, I wasn't feeling it). The happy hour drinks were a real good bank for the bucks and not watered down as you'd expect. They say reservations are not required but having gone there on a Friday night, trust me it is needed because it got PACKED!! Their service got a bit hectic the busier it got, but overall no complaints, a time was had for real. The dj was rocking out all the old school hits which was fitting given the audience and the volume was just right for turning up and being able to chat without having to shout.
