El Buen Sabor — Restaurant in New York

I walk on over as it’s a few steps from my apartment and based on about a dozen orders so far, it can be a hit or miss depending on the day and cashier.

Shrimp taco is my favorite! Tortas and bread based entrees require more seasoning and flavor, as the bread already makes the flavors bland.

Random business hours and sometimes closed when Google shows it’s open. Requires more consistency in the business. They charge different prices each time (outside of what’s listed on the menu) and frequently do not provide the correct change back when paying in cash. Feels a bit scammy.

I look forward to their improving as it’s convenient...

Unfortunately I'm downgrading my rating from a 5 to a 2. The prices have skyrocketed in a way that does not match the service nor the quality of the food. A small (and very mediocre) chicken burrito should not be $15. I know times are tough etc but That's just ridiculous, and the service has just gone down over time... Was really happy that this place was in the neighborhood at first but no reason to go here anymore especially with other tiny Mexican spots all over the...

Absolutely incredible tacos. But the most wonderful thing about this place is the staff. I brought my kid in for some pre-trick-or-treating and tacos and they were so kind and gave them a free hot chocolate and pastry. It was so kind and sweet of them and absolutely made our day. Definitely recommend this...
