What s wrong with these Cretin (technical term) Orientals? It is not a matter of service but of being available, in WINTER!! Completely incapable to deliver a simple TEA even with self service. You don't take clients out having the door open because you are closing? in the middle of the evening, online still saying it will close soon? No wonder they do not have clients but occupy space. Losing a several coffees a day client where the only competition is an early closer DD, though they positively look and act perturbed. The name is a very bad reference, maybe by the previous owner, personally offensive in fact. Really angered, all these GROCERS treat us like it was a favor to serve US and to have good coffee and tea. Cannot forget the SALTY house made chocolate cupcake, last time I forced service by choosing QUICKLY in self service. Oh, and expensive as well. I really enjoyed getting breakfast and lunch from here as the food is really good and the staff is very nice. However, there is one big mouthed guy, the one closest to the register near the salad area, got my order wrong one morning (twice after repeating the order a few times) so I left. To this day he talks about me every time I come in to get food, referring to me by my breakfast order from that day. I don't speak Spanish so I don't know what he says but I can imagine its not good. I asked him about it and he claims to be trying to remember my order as if I expect him to memorize it, but he does this even when I come in for lunch. I think its rude to do this. I'm uncomfortable now and unfortunately won't be returning. The other guys don't respond to him when he does this or at least I don't hear them, but overall the food is worth it.
