Engrave My Wine — Restaurant in New York

With my wedding a few weeks away I started to research companies who would be able to engrave a wine bottle. Luckily I came across WINETRIM.

With a small time frame, Dmitry went far and beyond to communicate with me and ensure I was not only happy with the product, but comfortable that everything would go smoothly and in a timely manner.

Steven, the talented designer who helped me customize the bottle not only dealt with my excessive idea & color changes, but helped me narrow down all of the options using his expertise & truly brought my vision to life.

I received the product as promised by today and in perfect shape. There are no words to describe the feeling I got when I saw the final product in person. It is undeniably flawless and exactly what I asked for.

I could not recommend a better company to work with for this gift and truly wish I could give more than 5 stars. This was a very sentimental and special gift for my fiancé on our wedding day and both Dmitry and Steven treated my order as if it was their own.

With all of the wedding planning craziness, I am so grateful I chose WINETRIM because they were by far the only company who put me at ease during such a stressful time. I cannot thank them enough.

I will be posting pictures on this review if possible or on another review once I am able to give this incredible gift to my fiancé. I promise once you see them, you would choose a WINETRIM without any hesitation.

I had very high expectations for this gift and they exceeded them with such grace and confidence.

Dmitry & Steven, you guys absolutely ROCK. That bottle is breathtaking; I can stare at it forever and be just as moved as I was when I first opened it.

Not too happy with this bottle. This is my 3rd engraved bottle and the other two were great. This one though came out looking cheap. I'm debating whether to even give this to my friend. The actual engraving is great as usual, it's the "label" of a photo that I uploaded. It's just a copy of the photo that's pasted on the back of the bottle. The worst part is that the label looks like a bad photocopy and looks crooked. I thought the photo would be engraved and not a photocopy. The photos on my other two bottles were actually engraved and came out perfect. For the price I expected more. UPDATE: I added another star!!! Literally just received a message from Dmitry of Engrave My Wine (8am on Saturday morning)!!! They want to make things right. The problem is that the issues are relatively minor. There was an issue with the back label being a little crooked and the photo label looking a little blurry. But overall, the bottle (along with the 2 glasses and the box) are excellent and any minor issues will be overshadowed by the rest of the products and the complete package as a whole. The fact that Dmitry reached out to me and made such an effort to make me happy says a hell of a lot about this company and their standards for excellence. I will keep the products that I have and will gift them proudly because I know they come from a company that cares as much as I do about what they do and...

UPDATE: I have to apologize and update my review of Engrave My Wine. I did contact them after receiving the bottles that I ordered. I was not happy and contacted them about it BUT to be honest I did not give them nearly enough time to respond. I wrote my review within 15 minutes of sending them an email. I have since received a response from them with 2 different resolutions to this situation. They even offered to send me a shipping label to return BOTH bottles for a full refund once they receive their bottles back. As I said in the original review, I've done business with EMW for 10+ years with no issues and I guess my expectations were high and I overreacted. My apologies to the whole team at EMW, these people do a great job doing what they do. I actually still have (actually my wife has it) the very first bottle that they did for me. They couldn't engrave it, so they did a label and to this day people comment on how good it looks. They even did the bottle that I gave my wife when we got married. She won't drink any of the bottles that I've gotten for her. She says that they look too good, and we only display them. Sorry for the bad review I left...
