I have enjoyed a number of good orders from this place, but more often than not the Tuna Melt Panini has been very soggy to the point it is difficult to eat.

Restaurants generally try their best, because it is in their best interest to keep customers, but despite my many order notes asking for a sandwich which was not soggy after receiving soggy sandwiches, I continued to be ultimately disappointed.

I usually order on UberEats, so for the first time after a number of missed notes on my orders I called the store. In response to my disappointment they held the driver responsible, though the driver arrived early for my most recent order.

I called again and was endlessly put on hold without being told why. I asked to speak to management, but my request was not granted.

I cannot give this place one star because in my view that would be very unfair to the number of times they got the order right. I want to keep supporting this restaurant, but nobody has told me in any way that something will be done moving forward, that my voice has been heard.

Therefore, I think it is fair to give this restaurant three stars overall. If I had to go up or down one I would give them the benefit of the doubt with a four star rating, though I am not sure they are acting in ways which could help me do that.

I hope that other users have a better experience and want to be clear that otherwise the food appears to be good, so they can go no lower than three with me since I have not tried all of the menu.

As with all restaurants they are doing their best and I greatly appreciate the orders...

I Love Healthy Fresh! My daughter and I often purchase lunch or dinner from healthy fresh whenever we aren't in the mood to cook, scrambling up a sandwich or mix a mere salad. We have tried numerous items on the menu and never have we been dissatisfied. They fruit and vegetables are always fresh. Their hot and cold sandwich are always fresh and staked nicely. Healthy fresh also makes the very smoothies. Though I never post reviews or ratings this review is well deserved, before today I would have rated them with ☆☆☆☆'s. Today I was in the mood for some healthy fresh... therefore I called in an order. Once I was made aware that my delivery had arrived, I gathered my money. To make a long story a tab but short I ended up giving my delivery person ☆Candito☆ $20.00 to much for said order. I did not realize that I overpaid by $20.00 until after 2 or 3 hours had passed by. I called healthy fresh some to the young that is always very pleasant whenever I call and she told me to hold the line. When she returned she said the delivery person had the money, but had not handed in his delivery monies at that point. He had not checked and that my money was still folded up in his pocket the same exact way that I gave it to him. She said he had one more order to deliver, then he'll bring you the overpayment. Thirty (30) minutes later he was ringing my phone. Money was still shoved down in his fanny pack. 🤑🙂SO NOT ONLY DOES HEALTHY FRESH HAVE SOME OF THE FRESHEST FOOD ON THIS SIDE OF TOWN... BUT THEY ALSO HAVE SOME GREAT INTEGRITY 👍🤑 Side note: Yes I did tip💵...

A lot has happen when I go to this store over the years but this is my final time going. I just want to mention the last incident that drove me nuts. I have multiple cards with free juice even some in my wallet I will never get to use because thats how many times I go there to purchase juice. Im a family of 10 so that shows a min of ten juice sometimes I purchase or when Im by myself and I get 1-2 juice a day. I gave them a free juice card like I always do and get a free juice thats it however a lady switch the cards and she said dont worry I remember you and when the next day I came they didn't want to hear anything I said but I said I come here like every day and they saying the card doesn't mean free juice it means free salad smh. I was in a rush so I gave her card and took my juice and she followed me out store and followed me blocks away where I parked my car and I was very scared but I didn't say anything then when I purchased more juice by myself again through grubhub they said they was gonna take my money and not give me my juice. Luckily I had recorded because there's a lot they had put me through throughtout the years. I cant risk my life no more in this store and my family will not order from here either. I cant wait til other juice spot come in area. Hopefully I was clear in my explanation and hope this won't happen to no one...
