Fulton Burger — Restaurant in New York

is the food good? I would never know because it took AN HOUR for us to get our food and all we ordered was fries and burgers!! Keep in mind this was not during a busy time. Honestly I hate to say it but the service was horrible, the two table which must’ve come at least 20 minutes after us had received their food long before we even get ours. I checked in for our food countless times and I inquired when we would get our food, but nothing. It was only after I complained and asked for my bill (because we had to be somewhere) that they rushed to try to give us our food even though honestly at that point we didn’t even want the food because we didn’t feel as though we deserved to pay $100 for food with such bad service.

I wouldn’t recommend “Fulton Burger - Dumbo” to anyone and I personally wouldn’t eat here again because they ignored us and made us feel as though because we were black and younger that we didn’t matter. That’s being said I’m sure the food tasted fine, but the way we were treated was...

Hands down one of the best burger spots in Brooklyn! This place is definitely a must go if you haven’t gone already and if you have, you already know you’ll be back. I was there last weekend. The service was outstanding despite them being short staffed. Jacob was my server. As a matter of fact Jacob was the only server that day and he took care of all his tables with grace! I noticed the owner was there but wasn’t helpful at all. All he did was hover and stress out his staff. He didn’t check on the tables nor did he lend a hand in serving knowing he only had one server that day. As a customer I was a bit uncomfortable with his energy and disappointment that he wasn’t a team player. (You can’t run a business w/o your staff so treat them with respect and be a team player). Food was ok, service especially what I assume is the management and the chef is what made it. Ordered the beyond burger, and got what was obviously a beef burger, I cook both at home and know the difference. Not only that but the cheese, sauce and the onions were not canalized like we asked, assumed we got the wrong burger. Was having an issue flagging down our server and a man behind the bar came and checked the situation. He conferred with the chef that assured him it was a beyond burger. He brought back my dissected burger and told me it was a beyond. I have worked in the service industry and you just don’t bring food back to a table and tell them their wrong. What’s worse is neither the manager or the chef could tell that was not a beyond burger. They re-fired our order and brought out an actual beyond burger, huge difference in taste and texture, still onions not caramelized.
