A good-looking International Style building built on the corpse of the former Singer Building and oft-forgotten City Investing Building of New York, the former of which was purchased by US Steel and allowed to deteriorate before being destroyed by the same company to make room for this structure. Extremely clean building. Amazing security/building staff. Prime location. Entrances for Subway lines are directly under building including R train which has an entrance you can access without exiting the building. Starbucks and Convenience store in lobby (however, I would avoid both because they tend to carry expired goods). -1 star because they make it difficult to accept food deliveries since they won't allow delivery persons to leave a bike at front even...

I worked in this building many years ago. Now the basement of the building is all the restaurants, prescription eye wear store, medical holistic acupuncture and accidental and chiropractor place and a Starbucks.
