Gio's Pizza and Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

Horrible experience, starting from the horrible sauce on the gyro that made me gag. We thought that it might be old so we call to see if they were aware. As my partner proceeded to ask what sauce they use, whom ever answered the call clearly said "hurry up and give me your fu* order". I have NEVER had someone treat me and my partner in this maner. We proceed to go personally to speak to the manager and apparently he wasn't there. We asked who answers the calls and we explained what happened and no one knew who answered our call. They tried to insinuate that maybe it was the wrong number. So i took my phone out and dialled their number and the phone rang in front of them. Still not any of the 3 workers knew who answered the call. We did not get our money back NEVER again will I order from them. I have only been living in the neighborhood for 2 weeks and this was beyond disgraceful. If i was able to give 0...

I placed a delivery order and the driver told me “I ain’t got time to go to your door bro, come down for the pizza cuz I’m running late on other orders”

Then the delivery guy left before I made it down, and he took the pizza with him instead of leaving it with the doorman. I called the store and they told me they don’t deliver to apartments because of drivers getting robbed. I live in a luxury high rise with a door man and valet parking lol.

The store owner told me the delivery driver can drop the pizza back at my apartment on his way back after finishing his other orders which would be 1.5 hours after placing the order...

I gave 1 star because although the food is really really really good the employees are very rude and it makes u not want to call or order ever again. I always order for delivery here and what seems like the same guy everytime is very very rude. I asked for the amount of my order the guy sucked his teeth said omg then started calculating my order which he charged me an extra $1.50 and when I asked y he was unable to tell me but was able to tell me he doesnt have time for this and said he would send me my order for the amount it was supposed to be in the 1st place then hung up while I was asking to speak with...
