Giovanni's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Today I called to place an order and the guy picks up, and I tell him my order. Then he says "talk to me I don't have time to play games." I then repeat the order. With a sarcastic attitude he says "ok anything else" and I say something else I wanted. He rushes to get my address and hangs up on me when I'm not even done. I called him back to ask for my soda and in a really sarcastic way says "it's a lot of things you want to order" and when I ask why is he so sarcastic with me he hangs up on me again. This is unacceptable as you shouldn't treat your customers this way. Like we are generating income for your business and you're going to treat us like that. Last time we ordered from there, the pizza was good. We had gotten extra cheese, but it looked like it was a regular cheese pie. I called to tell the person in charge and they argue to me that its extra cheese. Today we decided to give another chance to the restaurant and get treated like this. Moved to the area 5 years ago and this was our go to spot as loyal customers. Sadly, the service and food quality has worsened over the years. I considered ordering tonight as I had vowed not to order again from them since I had a bad experience a couple of months ago. I had placed an order on seamless where I have always ordered through and had received a notification from the courier that the restaurant claimed the pies had been delivered although they hadn't. Called the restaurant and was rudely told that they had been picked up by a different courier. In the end, offered no solution was unapologetic. Tried replacing the order and they cancelled it on their end. So I ended up having to dispute that charge. That brings me to this evening where I decided to give them another try for a quick dinner. I ordered something as im waiting for my order the man behind the counter coughed in his hand and then put some garlic knots in the oven ...i then asked him to please put a glove on when he handles my pizza he then said NO he would not i told him with all that is going with thus virus could he please put gloves on he then said he had none mind u he was very rude when saying all of this the other man informed me that they dont use their hands when taking out the pizza but the other man then said forget about the pizza and kicked me out of the store not only was this unprofessional but extremely unsanitary especially at this time if he could cough in his hand and handle food right in front of me a customer imagine what happens when nobody is looking and his extreme rudeness was uncalled for please dont eat here...
