Mi Pueblito — Restaurant in New York

I ordered 3 tacos today, 1 shrimp and 2 chicken, and I was very dissatisfied. The cashier is rude and dishonest- he copped an attitude when I questioned him about upcharges at the end of the transaction. I like to support local businesses, but local businesses must have good customer service in order to maintain patronage. Their food isn't even good enough to warrant the attitude. The chicken tacos were gross, no seasoning at all. I think they just grilled the chicken with olive oil. No salt, black paper, garlic, NOTHING. The additions (tomato and lettuce) taste and looked old. The pieces of shrimp were overcooked but at least that had some flavor. There aren't many quality Mexican spots in the West Bronx but I'm willing to travel to Queens or Manhattan if this is what they have to offer. By the way I'm a life long Bronxite, so this is hurts my heart. Lol. Save your money and go...

I ordered delivery. For 3 chicken things tacos and a small lemonade my total was 21.78?!?!? I wasn't prepared to pay that price at all. The neighboring restaurants are usually $15-18$ for 3 tacos and a drink. I should've cancelled when they didn't tell me the price on the phone and said “they would call me back”. Surprise: they never called me back. As I'm eating a taco it doesn't taste like chicken at all but pork!!! I don't even want to feel bothered calling to complain and risking not having my right order brought to me. I'm so disappointed. And the lemonade tastes like lemon water….. I'm just utterly disappointed.

Im so sad! Ordered a quesadilla and was extremely disappointed. The chicken must have been cooked with absolutely no seasoning and not even sure what type of cheese was in it but it was definitely flavorless! Not one ounce of flavor, Nothing!! The tortilla had more flavor than the contents inside this quesadilla. Worst quesadilla I've ever tasted. Mom ordered a taco, flavorless as well! Really upset as I absolutely LOVE food and Hate wasting it, so here I am half full off this flavorless food. Staff seems indifferent, too busy on their phone to bring...
