Gourmet 1 Deli & Grill — Restaurant in New York

Went to order some cold cuts and saw the worker behind the counter and waited to be addressed. After two minutes I signal I want to order but told wait. I waited at least 15 minutes and no service. He’s just talking the whole time with some guy. I’m here waiting to make a order and at most it take 3 minutes to cut 2lbs of meat. Then someone else comes to the counter and he skips me and takes the order from someone else behind me. Wow they lost my business and won’t be coming back any time soon. The food is good. The service however is NOT. They used to answer the phone when I would call to order but I've noticed they just never do anymore, they rather stand around the phone HEARING IT RING and just ignore it or physically put the phone on MUTE, so they won't be bothered to Work!?
