Previous review was from 2 years ago. I came here today after Easter service with my mom. I asked if we can sit at outside and was told it would probably around 5pm. Not sure why one cannot sit out before a certain time.The waitress didn't say her name upon greeting which is rule number one. My mom had the shrimp salad and enjoyed it. She said the water tasted funny. Her soda was flat. I had the chicken and waffles and it was good. You can see the price difference as my previous review from two years ago similar order and this afternoon it was $41.34 including a ginger ale and ice tea excluding the tip. The check was given without the checkbook. I asked the waitress and she said she has to charge my card. That didn't answer the question as to why she brought a check without the book. Its common courtesy and sense to bring the check in the checkbook. To have to put my card on the table to checkout and have it put back on table with my receipt is not it. Also, my mom said the bathroom needs cleaning. You can tell the carpet could use some cleaning too.

2021- I came here yesterday for take out. I brought a Chicken Caesar Salad and Chicken and Waffles for a total of $28.28. My mother said the salad was plain and chicken had no flavor. For $11.99 I would it expect it to taste better. I had chicken and waffles before and NEVER had scallions in waffles! I don't think its a good addition to waffles! The syrup I am not sure what kind it was but it was not sweet like most syrups are! It seemed like some sweet and sour sauce with a little of sweetness. They need to work on that especially for it to be a new item. My chicken was juicy but had no flavor! I am wondering how too! Even with the sticky sauce, it still was not as tasty as it should be. I waited 15 mins and would of prefer to wait longer for food with flavor!
