Came at 3am for the Satin SBB Jordan release and there was 7 people in line. (Meaning Iām #8) throughout the morning, a lot of people started showing up and standing near the front. It turns out the people who were #1, #2, & #3 made an entire list of people (all their friends). They were bullies and formed their own line, & the manager actually respected their line while we the people spoke up the truth. The manager announced that there were only 24 pairs available, went inside, and came back out & announced there were now 20 pairs available for the āpublicā when it was actually for the people with a fake list and the manager seemed to know a lot of them and really respected their wishes. When the manager was asked about the change in pairs available, she openly said her employees needed theirs & her mans too. The police even showed up and no justice was served. Thank you KicksUSA for killing my time, when I shouldāve gotten a pair because I was truthfully #8 in line.

I then noticed they were on sale 2 for $30. I found one shirt and looked for another in a size medium. At no point did anyone help or ask me if I needed assistance. Once I found the shirt I wanted I went to the register. As Iām being rung up I hand my card to the cashier then another manager tells me to take the other shirt out from under my shirt. I took out one headphone to make sure I heard him right and asked him to repeat himself. He told me again to take the shirt from under my coat. I then took my coat and shirt off to show him I had t taken anything. Another manager walks over and hands him a phone that has footage on it. The first manager watches it for about ten minutes then they both come over and claim that I concealed a shirt but it was clear that I did not. The incident was extremely embarrassing and both managers continued to suggest the fault was mine because I āconcealedā a shirt that I clearly was trying to pay for. I looked for the shoes that I wanted and when I finally found them the manager was called to come and and assist by the register. Instead of him walking to me, he made a hand gesture to come to him. He was too busy talking to his co-worker. The shoes he brought out looked dirty. I asked for a a fresh pair, if not a discount, if I was to take the shoes home to clean them myself. He said ā itās not dirt on the shoe, itās a defect.ā I think I would know the difference between dirt and a defect!! Either way, why are shoes with defects being sold to customers?
