Great Wall — Restaurant in New York

THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A RATING THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWN TO THE GUTTER!!!!!! I placed an order over the phone tonight not only was the woman very rude while I was ordering I'm almost certain she hung up but I called from my cell phone so not sure. I gave her my order along with my credit card for the purchase I waited almost a hour to get a phone call from the delivery guy who was rude as hell and said I need to come downstairs for my order. I came down and stated to him you need to not be disrespectful when people are spending their money I asked for the receipt and he said you no pay I called the restaurant and tried to rectify the matter. I got a incoming call while on the phone from someone there to tell me my delivery was here I explained I was downstairs at the end the guy snatched the bag out of my hand almost breaking my finger and left I'm going to have his Azz arrested!!! I'll never order from them again and will make necessary calls and complaints...

Their food isn’t even that good.. not to mention I once tried ordering for delivery and the dude actually told me “Yes we do delivery but not to you” ONLY BECAUSE I had to cancel my order because we didn’t have enough money at the time and I’m only a child.. worse Chinese restaurant.. 0 respect for customers if I could give them 0 stars I would… if your reading this “No 1. Luck sung” is way better and they are so nice and treat customers w respect it’s only a block away from them and it’s cheaper not to...

Ive called for delivery about 3 to 4 times and when I say they are quick, they are quick! I live about 3 to 5 minutes away and I swear i get my food in under 20 minutes. Their prices are great. DO NOT ORDER ON DOOR DASH! Door dash charges double the price. door dash want to charge me almost $30 for two things while when i ordered for delivery with them those two things cost me 15$ and the food is good. Definitely consider making this...
