Staff was kind and food slapped. Lunch special oxtail was delicious

Edit: 2/4/25 I came here today and was misled by the staff on the pricing. I originally gave this place a 5 star review for the amazing food but today’s experience was not very pleasant. I requested a specific item from the menu and the lady put something else different for my order and charged me more for it. Not sure why she gave me the wrong dish and wanted me to pay more, I felt very betrayed as I had a good experience here before. Won’t be coming back here as the menu prices are misleading and they just charge you whatever...

We went for some cheese pastelitos and we ended up having lunch + the pastelitos. My kids are very picky but in here they felt like they were in my mom's house. They are 11yrs old, these were their words: food is so good, leave a very good tip and we have to come back again. Place was clean, service was good, atmosphere very friendly. Amazinggggg food!! We have a few spanish food spots in the neighborhood but this one is the best! The food is fresh and made with love you can just tell.
