Stay Away, GO TO CARVEL!!!
So today my husband and I decided to go to this Haagen Daza at Queens Center Mall around 7:35pm. Now I don't know if it was becaus they where close to closing time and the staff there was rushing because they wanted to go home, but the customer service was horrible.
After ordering 4 Dazzler spending about $36.00. I go to give my phone number to enter for my points and I am told to read the sign (which is a small sign) you no longer give your number, you have to down load an app. Where did all my points go? So I down load the app and it doesn't work. Great.
I get home an open my bag to my surprise I couldn't believe what I was looking at. The 2 Mint Chip Dazzler cups where half full. I thought I was seeing thing. I had one and half scoops of ice cream. I called the store back to figure out what happened and I was told sorry we are closing and the girl (Levy) hung up the phone on me. I called back and I asked the girl " do you not want your job? Why would you hang the phone up on a customer. I asked for the manager name an I as told NO. We are not allowed to give out the manager/owner name. I can't fathoms of thought of a business not being allowed to give out the managers name. Smh .... So now I had to give my number to have someone ...
Read moreExtremely bad service, worker Laavi or levy didn’t have a name tag on so I’m not sure if that was his name but he made a dulce de luche that taste like whole milk & was extremely milky. I went back politely and explained that I’m not looking for a refund, can he just make it over because it taste like whole milk. Instead of providing great customer service he replied and said to come back tomorrow morning or call in the morning and the supervisor will be here. I asked him was there anything he can do he said no sorry, without a care like i didn’t just pay for it . In the end instead of him blending Ice cream in my shake, he dumpt two scoops of ice cream in my shake. This was unacceptable I think employees Michelle and Laavi should be trained or coached on how to be a great asset...

I asked to redeem my points for a small Ice cream with sugar cone and they refused to give me the sugar cone, told me they don’t have it and insisted I should get the waffle cone for $2. I then went to the register to pay and this is when I saw they had sugar cones in the back, crazy! Then I told them to scan the QR code and they say it doesn’t work it has already been scanned before, when I literally redeemed my points holding my phone infront of their face, crazy again! LOL Häagen-dazs is a nightmare, it’s a joke. They claim it’s premium ice cream, mine was melted vanilla chocolate chip ice cream.
