Haagen-Dazs Shop — Restaurant in New York

I ordered a mocha frappe and took one sip and it tasted like watered down milk mixed with crushed ice cubes. When I told the man it was not at all good, he and his friend behind the counter only told me "well, that's what it is." Absolutely ZERO customer service! Not only did they not offer to not make me pay for the disgusting thing that I threw out in front of them, they also didn't offer to make me something else. And all this while being simply rude. They acted as if we were inconvenincing them by being in the store. Oh and he also charged me $1 just for a cup with ice in it! That, as well as my children's two ice creams in a small cup cost me more than anyone should pay for terrible service and terrible ice cream. If you're in the area, keep walking along Broadway and find another place to get a cool refreshment. You won't regret it! I will never go to this store again - or any other Haagen Dazs store. I’m not a very picky person however customer service must be improved in this store ASAP. I was there on June 30th, 2018 I decided to treat my girlfriend to ice cream from the best ice cream company. As soon as we walked in the two gentle men working there at 8:30pm could not even acknowledge us in the room nor even have the decency to welcome us. To make matters worse we asked questions about the prices and scoops of ice cream but not once did he even look at us while we spoke to him. He kept talking over us when we asked him to actually show us the scoops of ice cream in the cup. Overall the experience was the worst and because of that I’m done with going to this store I’d prefer to just go to the supermarket and get ice cream instead. This store doesn’t care about there customers so if anyone else out there is reading this I would not spend a dime in that store...

Placed a company catering order a week ago only for my order to arrive late. I called Minoo to get an update on the delivery time and she had an extremely weird and rude response to a late order thats clearly their fault. Will not be ordering from here again and I would advise you not to order here either unless you want a bunch of staff members waiting on ice cream.

Update: I was told the order will be 30 minutes late, now I am told it will be close to 1 hour late. Safe to say this event was a flop. Very poorly...
