This is just that 1 worker, everyone else has been exemplary, there is 1 manager that handles the front desk time to time and she's always in the phone, she is the next slowest and oblivious.
Update: not all the employees there areas bad as the one i mentioned above, today while a customer before me emptied the ice coffee and as i was waiting for a refill, the manager himself made me a fresh cup of iced coffee just so i didn't have to wait, he didn't have too, but that gesture was massively appreciated, and shows that he actively thinks about the customers,...
