Ordered a double cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, and a side order of fries. We got a bunch of their sauces (we’re saucy people) and I can say with confidence that everything was AMAZING 😍. The quality matches the price and they arrived a little earlier than I expected with everything already warm and neatly packaged. Definitely ordering from here again. Still dreaming of the last bite of that cheeseburger...

Oh and it’s super easy to order from their website 🙏🏻

Edit: Kinda bummed to be making an edit a year later but I’ve just kind of been disappointed recently. And maybe because it’s because everything bad accumulating in one order. But they’ve started charging delivery fees on their website now. They charge you $4 no matter what your subtotal is. Then on top of that we ordered at 8:04pm and didn’t get the food until 9:40pm and that was after I called to check on the order and kept having the employee that answered the phone loudly talk over me. I know it was a Saturday night but it still felt inconsiderate. The food is still decent i guess. Fries needed to be reheated but I dunno. Just sucks to have a less than favorable experience at one of your favorite go-to neighborhood restaurants. Changing my rating from a 5...

My first time ordering and will probably be my last. I placed my order for curbside pickup using their website and sent my son to pick it up. I informed them that he would be picking up the order and gave his name in the details for curbside pickup. When my son arrived, he was told they haven’t received my order and don’t have anything for a person with his name on it. My son didn’t have proof of the order, so he returned home to get my phone to show them the e-receipt. Once my son returned to the store, he showed the attendant the e-receipt and the attendant was still unable to find my order. My son asked if they can find the order using the order number, order contents, order total or payment method used to place the order and was told no. My son observed that the attendant didn’t bother to check the slips attached to any of the orders awaiting pickup for the information he provided, the attendant just kept checking his tablet and recently printed slips while telling my son that there’s nothing that can be done. While my son was on the phone trying to figure things out, the attendant realized the order had been ready and waiting since my son’s initial arrival. All could’ve been well if the attendant was a bit...

ETA: We have ordered a couple of more times. Onion rings have been taken off the menu apparently for good. Surely disappointing and it seems as though the amount of fries you get with a side or as a full order (with $2 price difference) are exactly the same. This past order we ordered a tray of fries and it wasn’t as large as one would have expected either. They messed up two of the burgers as well, which also happened the last time we ordered. It’s as if they don’t even read it when you change it. Don’t offer changed (like no onions and pickles) if you’re not going to actually do it to the burgers. Disappointed in what was once a wonderful burger place.

We have ordered delivery from them about 4 or 5 times, right off their website and we are consistently satisfied! Our order is usually Cheeseburger, and housemade veggie burger, fries and onion rings(although they weren’t available this last time wich was a little disappointing). Everything is always fresh! Still warm, not greasy or like they’ve been sitting under a warmer. It’s the top reason why we keep ordering. Their fries are amazing and i personally love the curry ketchup (and i HATE ketchup, i only tried it bc i LOVE curry!) Nothing negative...

So my bf decided to ubereats from this place after hearing about it so much.. What a horrible idea that turned out to be, he ordered a Louisiana sweet tea ($4) i6 ounces and not a drop of sweetness to be found and this is coming from someone who does not do sugar. He also got a churro milkshake ($8.79) for 16 ounces? Boy i tell you what a RIPOFF that was the cup was not even full and it tasted NOTHING like that surgery cinnamon deliciousness that you would expect. Instead it tasted like stale burnt coffee. He also ordered a munchie buster burger and he said that it was passable. Would i recommend this place? HELL NO, keep your money and go to the grocery store and buy the ingredients and chef it your way. Heck I would even say support the Spanish ladies in the train stations to get your churros and make your milkshake at HOME. The whole order can out to almost $50 with tax, fees and tip. $50 for $25 worth of food and that 25 is with inflation due to COVID.

So you ran out of fries and started selling bootleg frozen steak fries. When I asked if I could buy a box to get my fries to go the Mexican lady giving out orders said “uh no” and laughed in my face then ignored me when I asked why I couldn’t pay for anything to cover the open container. Then the asian cook came to front and explain they’re only for the pizza fries which is understandable, but someone could have at least given me a napkin or another cone to cover them. They’re not even the usual branded ones either, so realistically how much could it have costed anyway. Either way the fries were trash, shared some and gave the rest to a homeless man on Fulton. Been going since they first started showing up at smorgasbord and use to be the main reason for going but the customer service is trash now and selling frozen fries is wild. Obviously the money is more important than serving quality food
