I’ve visited this place many times before the pandemic and had a great experience. However, I recently decided to visit with some friends yesterday (12/30/23) and had an extremely uncomfortable experience. Upon enter the place and showing our id, the male staff member who checked the IDs, seated us at a smaller table because we were a party of 3 and not 4. Once the waitress came over to take our order, she openly said “I’ll move you guys over to this table for 4, so you aren’t crammed together and also because we’re slow”, so we moved over. The male staff memeber who had checked our IDs returned back and proceeded to immediately become confrontational with us. He stated “you guys asked her to move you, even though I told you no, you guys are flip flopping between us to get what you want”; in a very harsh tone. When the waitress attempted to tell him that she just offers us to move, he the proceeded to yell and belittle her. He then left to stand up outside with another staff member to complain about us moving. I ask anyone, how were we suppose to feel comfortable in that place after being accused, yelled at and spoken to in a disrespectful manner, and witnessing the verbal abusive behavior towards a female staff? We left a few mins after, because that was going to ruin our entire postive vibe. But I will not be going back there again, I will not recommend this place to my friends and I won’t recommend anyone to go (unless you are ok to be treated in above manner). I would suggest that this place improve their compassion, communication and just common manners with serving customers (and interacting...
Read moreIf I could give 0 starts I would! Long story short.. a girl at the table next to us spilled her drink on herself… the bouncer was right there and doesn’t pass her any napkins and same with the waitress… my cousins sees that and gets up, grabs some napkins as he is doing this the bouncer starts cursing him out for grabbing napkins.. he explained to him that the girl next to us spilled her drink and he was just going to give her some napkins to dry herself. Obviously the bouncer didn’t listen and needed to prove he’s so “tough” threatening to hit him. The “manager” came to us only to improve how incompetent he is at managing the business. We explained what happened and his answer was “I wasn’t here” “I don’t know”..we did not even finish our drinks and he brings us our bill as if we needed to leave the place ? .. I asked to have the service fee (20%) taken off my bill because obviously it was a horrible experience .. he just gave me a bunch of excuses of why he couldn’t. To top it off… as we were leaving the same bouncer comes to the door and starts calling my cousins names to instigate a fight… i called him out on it and told him “see how you starting things”… the manager came running and just held him back. Bouncer or attack dog ? That’s the question....
