Hungry Ghost Coffee — Restaurant in New York

Honestly they have good coffee (Went twice a day as I work near by) but the customer service every single time isn’t very pleasant. I Decided to actually put in a review about this today after I went in for a simple cup of coffee and after I was handed my cup, I noticed it wasn’t quite hot, I asked if she could warm it up a bit and she simply stated “I’m sorry, you are our last customer, we closed 10 minutes ago..Would you like a refund?” JUST LIKE THAT.. my question would be, IF you closed 10 minutes ago why would your doors be open, allow me to come in, place an order then take my money?? Plainly said..NOT very professional! With that being said, My daily cup of Joe will be coming from another coffee shop...

I just love this place, I have gone here three times, and each time I tried a different coffee, never disappointed. The staff here is so friendly, polite and very professional. I love the space, great place to do some work , when you have to. I have tried their croissant, and cranberry loaf, both were so fresh and delicious.....you need to check this place out, next time you are in this area. For me it's a Hugh plus as I live in this neighborhood for 22 years.... Awesome 💕 place to go to for...

Always excited when a new coffee shop opens and I wanted to like this place but I don't. The food is overpriced and bland (this is williamsburg not Prospect heights) it took approximately 15 minutes to get my order and the coffee was wrong. When I tried to tell the man at the counter he seemed so disinterested and annoyed I just took the order and left. This place is a no. Between Variety and Lula Bean there is no reason for me to go...
