Delivery was a very nice polite i gave him a extra tip for trying to reach back which i didn’t get the drink i wanted let me explain i notice i didn’t order any drink so i text the door dash he call me i spoke with the person packing the food i told i well send more $ i they could add drinks to my order she say no no with a attitude she said that i have to make a new order it will given to a another delivery person i said ok no problem never mind thank you. I should had just cancel for that but it wouldn’t be fare for the worker the prep the meal and delivery guy that was waiting for my order ,burger king could had told me that they didn’t have tortillas wraps if that was okay with me. She was on the phone with me. My complain worker at this site is not polite to customers. I was kind because i know if you are rude they could do crazy stuff to your food i left it alone. I got disappointed because I order chicken wrap with no sauce i got my order wrong well i call the site and the manager told me they don’t have wraps so they gave me burgers bun very unsatisfied and it had extra sauce. Really bad customer service, when going through the drive tru they never let you finish ordering before they're asking you whats else you want and if that would be it. On top of that 8 out of 10 times they get something in the order wrong. So today I decided to go in and have them exchange the whopper Jr witb no cheese that I ask for because they put cheese on it and when I explained the issue with the manager she told me that they had to keep up with a clock, when I explained to her that I understood but that customer service was key over all, she had the audacity to tell me to come inside the store next time instead of using the drive tru. As a customer I should be able to use any method available to place an order that I feel like and still receive the same customer service that is expected when you're buying food from restaurant.
