I visited IT’SUGAR in Coney Island recently and had a blast, just like my previous visit to the Times Square location. This time, I didn’t buy anything but enjoyed the vibrant and whimsical atmosphere as I explored the store. The colorful candy-themed displays and oversized props made for excellent photo opportunities.
Walking through the store was a fun experience, and the playful decor added a light-hearted touch to our day. It’s a great spot for anyone who loves sweets or just wants to enjoy a lively, Instagram-worthy environment. My visit was a sweet escape and made for some great memories. 🍫🍬🍭

Read moreVery disrespectful sales people. My two years old daughter goes there all the time and chooses candies for about $80 or $90 every time we go there. Last time we went the baby was excited she started pointing at the Candy trying to open it. I am very aware of the current situation and I was trying to tell her not to touch anything there’s a certain way to hold the candy and put it in the bag. The sales men who was apparently sweeping ,mopping the store and picking up the garbage cans. Came mentioning to wear gloves and hold the scoop to put it in the bag. Fine we follow the directions. At to check out same guy came to To the register to ring us up. Without changing the gloves and starting holding the bags Full of candy putting it into the shopping bag.

We came into the store the child was excited running towards the candy trying to open it and his sales girl came screaming and yelling at the two years old baby. This is a pandemic you don’t hold anything. The baby gets scared. So I left the bags and left the store. I will make sure to complain to corporate about this. Very unprofessional and I would like a big apology for the...
Read moreThis is an extremely iconic establishment in the area on Coney Island and especially on the Coney Island / Luna Park Boardwalk by the beach. I believe it happens to be directly across the street from Nathans Famous Hot Dogs which is THE most famous Nathans Famous easily in the entire world and easily also the most iconic. Which makes this candy shoppe, also one of a kind and extremely famous and gives me feelings of nostalgia just looking at the main picture of this establishment on maps. It brings me back to when I used to live on West St (Ocean Parkway and Shore Parkway bus stop B1) which was directly across the street from Coney Island Hospital. Me and my ex girlfriend, the mother of my daughter, we both lived there in 2014 Nd we would LITERALLY take nightly walks down ocean parkway down to the beach and then over a few blocks JUST to go to this candy shop, our outings usually never had anything to do with the beach because of how amazing this place is and how many positive memeories is brings back. Those...
