Italia Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Ordered pizza here many times and while sometimes they get it right and sometimes they don't (it's usually 50/50), this last time was one of the worst as the entire order just went into the trash. Ordered 3 different pizzas, every single one was undercooked and dough was raw. Ordered garlic knots and asked for marinara sauce (usually always provided when asked) and this time not a single container of sauce making the garlic knots not edible as they are dry. The sauce adds flavor that makes it a great combo. Basically an anticipated dinner all day was ruined after a long, hard day as we had to find other options to eat last minute as this was a waste of time and money - making the end to our long, hard day even more disappointing. Not sure if we'll be ordering here again as you never know what you'll get - service is never constant/stable and flavors...

Awful first experience. Ordered large with an order of wings and a slice of cheesecake.

Driver called saying he was here and my buzzer wasn't working. Turns out he was 10 blocks away, but it took him 16 minutes to get here.

Then he brought me the wrong pizza. Luckily I caught him before they left. He then brought me the my pizza and wings but not the cheesecake that was part of my order.

Then he argued with me about bringing it back.

Pizza was no longer hot or warm. Wings were not to order and also cold.

The delivery was two teens, utterly confused and who apparently can't follow GPS. Not a good first experience. Will never try them again.

He came back 20 minutes later with a frozen slide of cheesecake. Yes, Frozen. Maybe that's why they never sent it in the first place? Horrible,...

Just ordered a grandma pie and the minute I opened it a huge black roach came out , disgusting I was vomiting for the past 10 minutes. I called the store was transferred to the manager , he apologized and said that he will turn around the place and will speak to the driver. I have lost 23 dollars, he did not offer to reimburse me and I did not want another pie. Update: (two weeks later, he said he was away)The owner of Italia Pizza came to my house with box of cookies and full refund , he delivered it himself to my house, apologizing and assuring me that the place and pizza bags were cleaned and inspected.
