Came here to order earlier this year and the older lady who owns the place has no sense of customer service.

I asked for something simple in cantonese and she kept saying responding with "what?". It was a simple cantonese food and asked for somebody else to take my order instead.

As she was walking away, she muttered "jook sing", which means a Chinese person born in America. This isn't inherently a bad term, but they way she said it was an insult. I may be born in America, but I know how to speak Cantonese. I've ordered this food since I was young and I say it correctly.

When the other person came to take my order, she immediately understood and I got my food.

Have never been back after that and would suggest everybody to stay far away from this place. It's owned and run by a woman who does not respect...

i was there yesterday after work around 4.30 pm I got 2 egg tart and ribs with rice noddle is call Bai kut chong , but I spoke in English how much . She was whispering to the other lady like charge her full price right . She though I don't understand Chinese I took out 7$ to pay I said in Chinese how come 7$ is not 50% off after 4.30 and she like she got nervous and said 4 $ Totally wrong in customer service and she told me I spoke English that why full price. The next door bakery service is 100% better and they do the special too 50% off after 4.30 pm and I speak English too there they don’t charge me full . Everyone should be treated equally . We decided to try out this Chinese bakery and it was delicious. They had a good selection of breads and also had a lot of dim sum items. I believe we got the beef rice rolls, fried dough rice rolls, chicken feet, two breads (one of them was the char siu bao and I forgot what the other one was). We also got two drinks (hot milk tea and a lemon honey water). Everything here was fairly priced and I’m glad they had seating inside. Be mindful of what time you come (especially if you’re planning to eat there) because it can get busy on the weekends. Other than that,...
