Since I found out a month ago that JR's has a Plantega menu, I have tried several vegan sandwiches. The Crispy Fish Fillet smelled and tasted like fish. The Spicy Breakfast Burrito was absolutely filling and savory. The Wicked Meatball Sub was deliciously wicked. The Choped Cheese left me speechless. My husband finished the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese in five minutes and could not believe the textures. Loved the seaweed bacon! So, of course, I had to try the BLAT (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, and Avocado). This will make you forget about tempeh. Today, I had the Fried Chicken Sandwich on a roll and added barbecue sauce. Loved it! This one, I will try again on a wrap. do not bother going here. Anything you buy is wayyyyyy overpriced for no reason I understand everything went up but when you trying to sell sandwiches for over 9 dollars the sandwich better be worth it. The new owners as well as the old are clueless. I really wish Pruzzo's would open up a store in coop city. Coop city definitely needs a better deli's J&R and Capri both suck.
