Juice Press — Restaurant in New York

There was no AC so the only 2 fans present were circulating blazing hot air. Which would have been fine if we only had to wait the alleged 5-7 minutes it would take for our smoothies to be done. 15 minutes into my 30 minute lunch break and many buckets of sweat later , 2 underwhelming and overpriced smoothies arrived. I’m not sure why it took so long to make 2 smoothies but it definitely wasn’t worth the $25. They only offer dates, stevia and maple as sweeteners and they have no juice base options. So most of the smoothies taste like grassy maple water. They also didn’t label the drinks so we couldn’t tell which was which. I’ve had much more pleasant experiences at other juice press locations....

Every time I place an online order it is delivered with items missing. Yet they charge my credit card for the full amount and I have to email them several times to get a response, which took an entire week last time. The phone is disconnected so there is no way to contact the store, and no one calls to offer a replacement item or to say something is out of stock, they should have accurate inventory displayed on their website.
