Do not support this business ! ordered chicken teriyaki and wings ( wings arrived with all the wing hairs) with pork fried rice, but the "teriyaki" was actually spicy BBQ sauce. I called to explain my child doesn’t like BBQ, and at first, the manager agreed to resend just the wings, then said they’d send a new order. Later,(25 minutes ) another staff member called and rudely insisted I didn’t know the difference between BBQ and teriyaki, saying that’s how they serve it. Very disappointing experience—both the misleading food and the poor customer service. Even after I explained that it was misleading to advertise it as teriyaki when it clearly isn’t, he dismissed my concern and said he wouldn’t be helping me further.I’m disappointed—not just with the misleading description of the food, but also with the poor customer service I received when I tried to resolve the...

The ONLY Chinese food restaurant we enjoy and trust. We have been coming here for years. The family who owns and run this establishment are very sweet and kind. Customer Service goes a long way. Portions are yummy, filling and generous. We have lived in the area for several years and before FINALLY finding Jumbo we tried other spots in the area but none compare to our Jumbo. The Dinner and Lunch specials are a huge deal and money saving. Time and time again if we are in the mood for take out...EVEN if we are out in other areas such as Green Acres, Gateway and QCM or out running errands in the city or further out in L.I...on our return and drive back home we will pick up our Jumbo to go. They are open late too. We don't order from any other Chinese food kitchen...

I have no doubt that their food is good, because I have eaten there before. I have to say that I’m very disappointed that they say they can’t deliver because I’m too far away. They are on 113th street and Jamaica Ave, 0.6 miles from my address on park lane south and 102 street, which is a 5 minute drive by car. This doesn’t make sense to me, I could understand if perhaps they were short on delivery people but that was not the reason...
