Kennedy Fried Chicken — Restaurant in New York

The delivery man was over an hour late, asked me to come down 3 times, when he was at an incorrect address, and was really rude when he made it to my place. I kindly asked him to come up this time (1floor up) because I was in the middle of cooking something and didn't want to risk burning my home and he then threatened me to cancel the delivery if I don't. He just left and hung the phone on me. I called the restaurant per say to tell them to manage their delivery person and they just brushed the situation as if nothing happened. I do not recommend to anyone to spend their money where they are not respected and valued especially when the fault was made...

I ordered the hot wings based on their DoorDash website. Of the two types pictured I ordered those in sauce- closest version of hot wings to buffalo wings. Instead of my order I received plain fried wings that were extremely salty and not spicy, nor hot in the least. I called to sort out a resolution and was greeted with hostility and an air of "what are you gonna do about it" as opposed to amicable customer service. DO NOT WASTE...

Overall just great service , the employees are really friendly and food always hits the spot for me after a long day of work. Their chicken tender are the best thing there but also love their whitening fish aswell. Quick service, and reasonable prices for most...
