Holy Burger Bed-Stuy — Restaurant in New York

I work next door when this place first open I went there few time to get their bundle goodies, I had order Fry 5 time even told my coworkers to get get some and we all love it. On Feb 10,2025 I stop by during my lunch to oder Medum fry not season fry because I just want plain fry and though by saying regular fry this meant "plain" I picked up my fry took upstairs and aiming to enjoy but turn out it's extremely salty there was thick amout of salt on the fry, I took back to tell the guy I can't eat it to much salt and that I order regular fry not season fry, the name sunny inform me regular fry is season fry, I was shocked because I didn't know regular and season fry is the same. So I continue explaining to him what is he going to do he first refused and said nothing he can do🙄 I know at this point Sony is not a great business guy who do not care about customer What a terrible customer service. Sony doesn't seem to care, mind you that's my lunch so I end up not eating and he didn't make me another fry, he said maybe he can make me small unseason fry 🙄 I said to him but I paid in full for Medum fry now why you going to gave me a small fry? Absolutely terrible. They ran out of a bacon egg and cheese. An employee called me after I received my order and lied about calling me to inform me that they ran out. He said oh yes you ordered from DoorDash and I said no. I told him that you never called me and you probably called the wrong person. I asked for a refund and then the employee said I had to call and request it. Terrible. Absolutely terrible - I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. I asked for a manager and he also refused to put a manager on the phone. The person then hung up on me after me insisting to speak to a manager. 1 stars is a generous rating. -100 stars is more appropriate. I ordered take out specifically after hearing they did gluten free items. On their online menu, they have a specific section for gluten free items. This means when you order a gluten free item, it says GLUTEN FREE in capital letters in the name of the item.

I spent close to $75 on food for me and my family(a few of us have celiac’s) to receive no gluten free items at all. We ordered gluten free burgers, chicken tenders and sandwiches and were very excited to try them out.

The order was 30 mins late, and included no gluten free items at all. Each box was labeled as gluten free, yet the items inside were standard bread products that would cause a severe reaction if they were eaten by someone with celiacs.
