I’m not satisfied with the restaurant’s way of handling my order. I ordered a delivery, but got nothing delivered and I just checked my bank transaction and I see a pending status for the food order. If you’re the owner or owners or investors with the restaurant, please fix this asap! I need you to refund my account quickly, you didn’t deliver my order and I’m not happy right now and very hungry. I will call you in the morning or afternoon first thing to speak to you. I don’t want to get my bank involved, but I will if you don’t resolve this issue and this is flat out unethically wrong to charge me and not deliver the food order. The following day. Ok, to no avail with Mr.Jade no customer service handling skills and deceptive bad business practices and lying to me that he spoke to his staff about the delivery. He stated that his staff is incompetent and that he was the manager and co-manager or pretended to be in contact with them on how to resolve nothing here with my order not being delivered. I am tired of some small mom & pop restaurants not doing their job and stealing customers money. I just got jaded, Mr.Jade and you’ll here from my bank first thing on Monday morning. No, sir when you accept orders you finish the job no matter what and you try and try again and again to completely deliver your end of the bargain. And to the general public don’t trust this establishment for being a friendly restaurant and trustworthy and a consumer confident business. They’re not professional and they lie to you don’t promise any...

This restaurant is no different from the average Chinese restaurant, with a few setbacks that might just turn you away. The food is good, offering the standard menu found in similar places. They have recently renovated with new furniture and a storefront that so make it a bit more inviting. The biggest setback is the service, which on it own might as well be 1/5 stars. The person usually taking the order, whether in person or over the phone, is one of the most rudest people one can deal with. Her tone almost feels as if she's doing you a favor by letting you dine there. Always yelling and speaking in a harsh tone, she can't help herself give you a mean stare if you take too long going over the menu to order. It's tolerable ordering the food over the phone, if you must. Personally have tried the General Tsao chicken, Steamed chicken with broccoli, Kung Po chicken, fried rice, and buffalo wings, all which have been satisfactory and on par with other places. So try it out... but order...

I've wanted to here since I was a kid. And I wasn't disappointed. The decor is reminiscent of the twenties. It's a bit over the top in decor but that's what I hoped for and was not disappointed.

The staff was very good. The hostess was kind enough to bring us upstairs to see the glass bear. I think it would be fun to sit up there and drink some cocktails.

The food was very good. I had the mushroom stuffed crepe to start, followed by the chicken Kiev, which was fairly good. A bit salty but enjoyable.

I had the Prince Vladymir tea, which was excellent. Citrus, vanilla and spices oh my! Topped off with some cherries.

I definitely recommend if you're looking for a bit of romance...
