Tres Sabores Taqueria (we are Insidethecarwhas) Hi-Tek — Restaurant in New York

First off, this might be the cleanest restaurant I've ever been to. Normally I wouldn't even notice that but it's in a car wash so that feels like part of the charm

There is a sign on the car wash indicatign that the taqueria is in there but when you walk in you wouldn't know it. You need to walk through the car wash lobby to the back of the restaurant.

This is probably my favorite taqueria. The food is generously seasoned and generously portioned, and the Cubana torta is one of my favorites in the city. All at a reasonable price for the city too. The chorizo nachos are also a favorite. Extremely generous topping to chip ratio nad the chips are fresh. Also love the al pastor taco. It's off the GCP and near the airport so I stop by on the way out to Long Island from Queens if traffic...

I fell in love with the “smoked salmon” tacos first let me just say I’ve been trying to find the best one and here it is . That taco it self is a 10/10 🥵, I did try the other tacos there as well like the vegetarian one is A1 🤤 it’s super filling with the rice and beans as replacements for the meat 10/10. I had the regular fish taco 🤤9/10. I couldn’t really finish it just because the veggie was supper filling. But all of them where sooo good. Menu prices are not the same as what they charge you at the end. They have an OLD MENU with old prices so buyer beware. When you get to register to pay it will be a lot more then what you thought.
