The staff at this facility are all so very kind and caring. The classes held at this facility, such as the cycling, abs, stretch, Spanish class, etc., are all worth attending. I have lost 40 pounds within my seven months of attending this gym. I must say that I could not have done it alone, and I thank the staff and other attending members for all the support they have shown or shall I say WE SHOW ONE ANOTHER ON A DAILY BASIS.
