Probably the worst Kung Fu Tea location in the city that I've visited.

First off, the bubble tea itself — it seems that many of the toppings beyond the tapioca pearls are quite stale. I've tried the nata jelly, aloe, oolohng tea jelly, etc. and the flavor was quite off, as if the toppings had gone bad.

The tea itself is alright — probably the classic milk tea would be the only drink I would feel comfortable ordering here.

The service has been quite poor during most of my visits — significantly worse than what I've encountered from other KFT locations.

The location is very cramped, with hardly enough space for any more than a couple customers. Needless to say, there is no room for one to stay inside the store for any length of time.

I've also ordered from the app several times for pickup, only to find that the location is actually closed and they neglected to update their hours. Getting a refund back on the order is also a huge inconvenience, requiring multiple emails with support that are often not responded to in any timely manner.

I would strongly suggest visiting any of the many other bubble tea shops...

This is my to-go place for a great boba in New York City, just because brown sugar boba is SO soft and juicy, unlike those common chewy ones. Really small store, though very very cute and distinguished from other traditional ones. Friendly people too. A great experience that will definitely bring you there again and again. Super popular among NYU students and Washington Square crowds. Kung Fu Tea is so cute and cozy, and service was great; drinks were prepared really fast. Absolutely delicious from the first sip! So surprised to see the Miraculous Ladybug promo-it really...

Do Not save CARD info on Kung Fu Tea app!!!!! THEY DO NOT HAVE PHONE CALL SERVICE TO THIS LOCATION. I saved my card info so I can collect points but ended up being tragic. Somebody hacked my Kung fu tea account and try to spend almost $100 for three times on my debit card(via app) at this location. My bank caught it right away and tried to contact with the location but they don’t answer at all. I had to get new card and the app feels super fishy now. Super...

Kung Fu Tea has a wide variety of flavors, but the excessive sugar and rushed ordering process are major turn-offs. Their "regular" sugar level is already too sweet, and they don't give you enough time to explore their extensive menu. This makes it difficult to customize your order and often results in a drink you don't actually want. If Kung Fu Tea dialed back the sugar and gave customers more time to choose, they could be a great option for a healthy and refreshing drink.

I ordered two drinks on the app and walked over to pick them up. The store is closed 1/1-1/14 but this location must not have made that update in the app… I see no way of contacting this location (or Corporate Kung Fu Tea) for a refund. Now I’ll have to go over there in a week and attempt to get a refund. What a pain… if they see this review and refund me, I’ll delete this review. I do like their boba!
