I have a picture window at my house which another company (not Allerton) had broken while trying to install it. I had the replacement glass and just needed someone to install it. It's a large piece of glass and I thought it would be a difficult job. Allerton made it look easy. Two guys did the job in under an hour. They arrived on time, removed the old window, installed the new glass, and cleaned up and hauled away all the debris and packing material. I couldn't be happier. Customer service was great full explanation on arrival. Sign paper and wait. Waiting room have TV and a heater to ensure guest are comfortable.
