La Estrella — Restaurant in New York

I order from this restaurant a lot but tonight was a different experience although not every time I orders from here wasnt like the best but I never had to complain about it until right now this pushed it over the top. I order my dinner for the night and they deliver it and it’s a complete wrong order so I call them and let them know I just paid my order $40 and got the wrong food so I didn’t open or touch anything of the wrong food so where’s my order and the lady told me that they were finish cooking it and would deliver it to me so I waited and waited for 1 hour more and no one came when I call back the lady says no one wanted to deliver it right now of the delivery guys so I got upset and asked her why she then proceeded to tell me that I didn’t order with them at all literally confused and I didn’t even understand because I obviously did order with her the same lady on the phone who took the order I ended up having to go there and pointed out the delivery guy there terrible they didn’t care and never gave me my food...

No. Yeah I’m disappointed enough to write a review which hardly happens. I love giving the benefit of a doubt. Simply put, they’re never getting a penny from me again.

Had someone else order for me cause they struggle when you only know English. They said an hour, fine. Hour and a half goes by, I called to check in and she says he’s coming. I’m only one single block away.

I waited over three hours for food that popped open and leaked inside the bag. Three phone calls later and on the verge of feeling sick waiting on them, I’m only ONE block away. No napkins, utensils, etc. Soggy noodles with heavy cream I paid $16 for. I felt sick more afterwards, after this entire mess it wasn’t even worth it.

It was an absolute joke. Step it up or find something else to do guys. People have to consume what you give them and all customers should be treated equally. Never...

The food is good. Although I found hair in my food a couple of times. What doesn’t sit right is how the workers tend to have a nasty attitude and even when you make an delivery to them, they always have a nasty attitude for no reason. They tell you, the food will be there in 30 minutes but they take an hour and 10-20 minutes to come deliver the food. I don’t live that far from the place, but today I place an order around 10:30 and when 30 minutes passed they told us the delivery driver was coming now. 12:00 hits and still no delivery.
