LavashUzN1 is an amazing spot for authentic cuisine with a unique touch—it’s run by people from Samarkand, meaning there’s a strong Tajik influence in the flavors and preparation. This sets it apart from other Central Asian restaurants in Brooklyn in the best way possible.

The food here is outstanding! Their kebabs are juicy and perfectly grilled, the samsa is baked to golden perfection, and the fresh lavash is always soft and warm. The plov is rich and flavorful, and the shurpa is hearty and comforting. Every dish feels homemade, with authentic spices and traditional techniques that transport you straight to Central Asia.

The service is friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is cozy, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. While there’s always room for minor refinements, the overall experience is fantastic.

If you’re a fan of Central Asian cuisine, especially Samarkand-style dishes, this is a must-visit! LavashUzN1 is easily one of the best places in Brooklyn for these flavors. Highly...

I haven’t visited the restaurant in person yet, but I recently ordered delivery through Uber Eats. The food arrived fairly quickly, which was a plus. However, the Super Hot Dog was nearly impossible to eat due to excessive filling and very poor packaging—most of the toppings and sauce ended up in the bag rather than on the food, which made the experience messy and frustrating. I also ordered the chicken doner. Overall, it was a decent dish: the fries were incredibly tasty, but the chicken left a strange aftertaste, as if it wasn’t fully cooked. I didn’t try the salad, and unfortunately, utensils were not included despite being requested in the order. While the food seems to be of good quality, delivery is about more than just taste—it’s also about presentation and how the food arrives. I will update my review after an in-person visit, but for now, I can’t give a higher rating due to several issues with...

LavashUzN1 completely blew me away! From the moment I walked in, the smell of fresh, sizzling shawarma and spices made my mouth water. I ordered their signature Wavarma and it was hands down one of the best wraps I’ve ever had—perfectly grilled meat, soft lavash bread, crispy fries, and fresh, flavorful toppings all wrapped up beautifully.

Portion sizes are super generous, and the food is packed with bold, authentic flavor. You can tell they really care about quality. The service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean and cozy. I also loved the little touches—like the pickled carrots on the side, which added a nice tangy crunch.

This spot is a hidden gem in Brooklyn and easily one of my new go-to places for comfort food. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or ordering takeout, LavashUzN1 will not disappoint. Highly, highly...
