HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Only place in NEW YORK that does not allow CASH TIP for their driver?!! Lady on the phone is super rude and has no customer service experience. One week they are ok taking cash tip and the next week they tell you oh no we can't take cash tip because of covid in 2022. You need to make up your minds as to how you conduct your business. You cannot force your customers to pay tip in card if they do not want to. Makes me feel that they take all that tip money for themselves and give less than half to their delivery driver. She said oh if you want to leave tip in cash you have to come pick up the order yourself. So you rather lose on a 50 dollar order than allow your customers to tip how they please. Horrible horrible horrible. We had this same issue with them during the peak of covid and we understood. We stopped ordering with them because of the rude lady over the phone. We decided to give them a try again last week and they accepted cash tip. Now all of sudden you do not? Again, very strange behavior. This makes me think they take most of the tip money for themselves. Because nothing else...

I never write reviews but felt that it was needed in this instance. My partner and I splurged on ourselves for Christmas and decided to order pickup from the Franklin location. It was our first time eating from LuAnne’s and we are extremely happy about our decision. The food was ready pretty fast— it was done within 20 minutes!!!

When we arrived, the young woman who took and gave us our order (assuming her name is Nayong from what the receipt says) was extremely sweet and lovely.

The food was still warm by the time we walked back to my place and WOW! IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Everything was decadent and made to order. My mouth is watering thinking about the food. We ordered the pad Thai, orange fried seitan, scallion pancake, fried wontons, crispy soy chicken nuggets and a Thai iced tea and every single thing was amazing. I honestly can’t pick a favorite.

I am about to be a regular customer....

Really great tasting healthy vegan meal : delicious mango summer rolls as an appetizer, with ginger ramen and kimchi squash gumbo as mains. And one beer. Total bill with tip was 60usd, which we found reasonable for such a delicious meal.

Restaurant is cute too, with a nice patio courtyard out back.

Friendly service but could be a bit more pro. Like, we got summer rolls but no cutlery, and I had to get up and ask for it after 7-10 mins. hoping to get server’s attention. And kimchi gumbo was served lukewarm. It was slightly challenging to communicate that to the server. But it ended up ok - another employee helped out, and we got it heated up promptly.

Will definitely return - maybe our server was still a bit...
