At first, I loved and recommended this place. Then recently, I noticed how every time I called it wad busy then the guy would put me on hold for 3-5mins. I live .3 miles from this place and waited a minimum of an hour to get it delivered, hence it was always around 6-9pm. I usually ordered gyros and/or pasta. The last couple of orders, I got no utensil or napkins. I called the first time since I ordered pasta and asked for the manager since the guy kept talking back to me as if he didnât understand what utensils were. I explained and asked for the managers name but he said the manager wasnât in. The manager called and decided to deliver them. Great, but really? In another instance, I called a few times and I was placed on hold again. After waiting an hour for my food, they luckily forgot the utensil again. Great food but horrible service. In continuance, I called back and asked for them. He laughed and said âwhy you need them, you donât need them.â Last time, I was put on hold like usual and had to cancel my order after waiting 1 hr 20mins. Wow! They made my order and then just left it in the oven for a long time without even telling me it was already finished and the place wasnt even crowded nor busy at the time, not even a line at all. Only one guy was polite and courteous when I came to this establishment several months ago. I havent seen him since. The girl behind the counter and the guy making the pizzas just stare at you like they are slow or something when asked if the order is ready. I will not be coming back here again! For what I had to pay for soggy pizza, the service should have been better. And the guy putting my pizza in the bag kept wiping his nose and face with the same hands he served my food with. Gave me a hard time and proceeded to tell me thatâs not his fault I ordered it wrong and refused to remake it. Businessesâ customer service is so bad these days. Yes it wasnât his fault but losing out on $8 once will get you more in return when the customer remembers your kindness and becomes a regular, versus you being greedy for $8 and ruining a customer relationship.
