✨5 Stars – A Hidden Gem in the Bronx!😂

Shuffle & Waffle is hands down one of the best smoothie and waffle spots I’ve experienced—not just in the Bronx, but anywhere! The atmosphere gave me nostalgic vibes from my travels to the UAE—chic, inviting, and full of flavor.🔥

I custom ordered a Berry Banana Smoothie with Ginger, Ice, and Condensed Milk (a mix inspired by what I love abroad), and they nailed it. It was smooth, perfectly balanced, and incredibly refreshing—exactly what I was craving!😋

But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the customer service. I want to personally thank ‘Etha (I hope I spell that right) and Issac for their warmth, friendliness, patience, and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that we felt welcomed and appreciated.

I’ll absolutely be back for the grand opening in two weeks, and Shuffle & Waffle is officially on my list for regular visits. Bronx, you’ve got a gem...

I generally like coming here. Once in a while I have their crepes but I usually have their iced matcha lattes. Usually there was a woman who would take your order and make it for you. She was nice and professional. However, the most recent time I come here, two men were at the counter. This wasn't an issue for me until one of them, who I doubt is an employee, hits their GEEK BAR as soon as I come in (for those who don't know, it's a vape). I didn't even order anything after that, I lost my appetite. Imagine if someone had asthma or any sort of lung issue and they're exposed to that? It's a severe health hazard that...
