Update
Apparently they are either under new management or their new GM decided to care more. I went in to order A DRINK ONLY. There was an elderly gentleman paying so I waited behind him a few minutes. Once he was done, the cashier proceeded to walk away from the register. I assumed she was going to check on an order or something and waited. After about 5 minutes I went to the kiosk to place my order since they were available. For some reason it wasnât accepting cards and prompted me to pay at the counter. I then went back to the counter and the same cashier made eye contact with me, but proceeded to talk to other workers. A young man came and I asked him could I pay for the drink and he told the cashier something in Spanish and she said 1 minute. I waited another 10 minutes and then started to yell can someone please come and take my money because I been waiting here for over 15 minutes just to order and pay for ONLY A DRINK. A manager ( who just came back behind the counter Iâm assuming off break because she was drinking from a cup) and she proceeded to put her finger up and tell me just wait one minute. Yes at this point I flipped because why did THREE employees tell me to wait for a DRINK when they werenât busy. I could clearly see behind the counter and when I asked for a manager she rudely came and took my money FINALLY and said I am a manager. I then asked ok so who is the GM here. She glanced back at yet another manager who was making sandwiches and also KNOWS ME and speaks to me often and she looked away so the girl refused to answer. I would not advise anyone to go here because this is the SECOND review I had to put up and I will just leave the first picture from the first review present.
Note to add: I NEVER heard back from anyone regarding my first review even though I did one here as well as on the website but I guess this McDonaldâs really doesnât take customer complaints serious. Sure didnât improve their employees by letting go of a lot of good employees for the crew...

I recently had an unpleasant experience with the new manager at this location, and unfortunately, it has negatively impacted my perception of this establishment. It seems like the manager is overly focused on cutting costs, but in a way that is unfair and unethical to customers.
Firstly, portions have noticeably decreased. What used to be a reasonable serving size has been reduced to nearly half, and it's clear that this isn't a mistakeâit's happening consistently. It feels like customers are being cheated out of what they're paying for, which is incredibly frustrating.
To make matters worse, the manager's hygiene practices are appalling. On more than one occasion, Iâve witnessed them directly in front of the drive-thru, handling food without gloves and not washing their hands after touching surfaces. This is happening right in front of customers, which is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable from a health and safety standpoint.
Overall, this managerâs approach to cutting costs has seriously degraded the quality of both the food and the service. It's disappointing to see these shortcuts being taken at the expense of customer satisfaction and safety. I hope the company steps in to address these issues before it drives loyal...
   Read moreFull breakfast meal is a great McDonald's staple and it didn't disappoint. Eggs were soft but cooked throughout, sausage was tasty & tender as well as my biscuit. I asked for coffee & creamer - perfect amount of cream complimented my hot meal on a cold winter day. Staff was kind, helpful & customers were all patient with a new employee learning the ropes. Restaurant was very clean but the wall to the side of the restaurant was a blank sterile facade. Would make the atmosphere more welcoming if some artwork or indoor trees/flowers adorned the wall. Would instantly change it from a place people don't linger to a place where customers may stick around, liven up the atmosphere & increase revenue. Or perhaps the plain atmosphere is designed to keep restaurant less welcoming to those patrons who may be nuisances? All in all, I will visit again, order my meal & enjoy the serenity.
