That short black guy with the gap between his top middle teeth needs a serious attitude adjustment. He always messes up, then looks at other people as if it's their fault.
Months ago, he asked for my order while at the register. Right when I was about to tell him the order, he turned back and started laughing and talking with a co-worker. I waited until he was finished. But then he looked at me and asked with an attitude if I was going to order. I let it go, ordered, and got out.
Every time I go there, there's always some problem with him and customers.
Today, I saw him put my ticket number on the Apple Pie board behind him. A few minutes later, he dropped the number. I saw the items I ordered ready for him to put into the bag, it's just that he dropped the ticket. I waited to see if he'll figure it out. But after I realized he didn't, I tried to tell him. He wouldn't listen and said I have to wait for my order. So I waited about 10 minutes to see if he'll figure it out.
In the meantime, he got an attitude with a lady after calling her number. She said "here". He turned around to talk to another co-worker and wasn't paying attention, and then called her number again. She said "here" again! Then he started yelling that she has to come over to him. But the counter was crowded, and she was off to the side, less than 5 feet away. He could have easily handed her the order if he had been paying attention.
Finally, I walked up and spoke louder to make sure he knew he dropped the number. He looked at me with an attitude and said just give him my ticket (the copy I was holding) and he'll get the order. He put the order together and then called the same number that I just handed him, as if he didn't know I just handed him the ticket for that exact order. WOW!
I looked at him, he looked at me, looked away, then started mumbling something under his breathe. This time I said something. I asked him why is he getting a f##king attitude with me! He's the one that dropped the ticket making me wait there. Then some stupid woman at the register started defending him, just like she did earlier against the woman he was rude towards. I yelled that he needs to lose the attitude, that he's passive aggressive.
I'll never go back there as long as he's working there. And he better not get an attitude with me on the streets. I'm polite in general, but I'm ex-military, and will argue back if he gets...
Read moreSorry I put a three first but now a one. It’s because the employee don’t communicate with each other and know what to do. I was waiting in line (for about 10 minute) to give my kiosk ticket and then the lady makes me go to another line which by the way no one was at (so I thought it was gonna be fast) NOPE, I was the first in “line” but no employee became the cashier. (Btw I went to that McDonald because it was the closest one for about two year now) they never made a new line for kiosk tickets until now. ALSOO the line for kiosk tickets is in the corner and sort of grouped in with people who is waiting for their food. Also don’t get me started on the employee, there’s this grown man who was is always giving attitude to everyone. Like I do get that it’s gets annoying (exceptionally with bad teens) but not everyone is like them. When I finally got a person attention the lady goes and says “ you should have your bills ready” like noooo first of all in that situation I wouldn’t have had my money in my hand for about 15 minutes btw the only reason the lady came to me is because adults started to go into the kiosk line. There was a kid who was behaving bad and giving a attitude and he was talking to himself but the man employee with the attitude started to talk back with no one talking to him. Almost forgot when I got my food I was waiting for my drink, so I asked is that my drink cause the lady who does the drinks just leaves it there and not says the number just says the drink name the guy handed the drink to me with aggravations when I asked if that was my drink. Anyways bad experience and kind...
Read moreI went to order two happy meal and a crispy chicken sandwich. I asked for a bag because the cardboard box kept coming out when I held it and I had to take the the bus home. The manager Queen Latifa as she spelled her name referencing to the celebrity for me refused to give me a bag. I explained to her I had other bags to carry and I cannot fetch the food because it is difficult to hold the happy meal the way it is sold when you have other things to carry. She refused and insisted she had a bag shortage. She had no empathy and her customer service skills were distasteful and nasty. I had to ask for a refund because she did not offer any alternative and tried to help me. She was rude and didn’t even care that I asked for a refund. She was just trying to get rid of me because she refused to go above and beyond. From my understanding it seems like she already feels like she has a high position so she threw her customer service skill out the window and didn’t care to loose a customer. She needs to be retrained on how to provide better customer service and represent her position in a respectful...
