McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

If I could give 0 stars I would ; the employees at this location all need to be RETRAINED including the managers. They have horrible customer service and interpersonal communication skills. They are very rude . I came to this location and placed an order for multiple items , after completing payment of my order I realized I'd like to add something so I got back on the line to place another order the same cashier took my second order. When she was done I asked if my first order was ready giving her the order number to which she replied I don't know not even bothering to ask anyone else . So I asked aloud did anyone know if order #161 was ready . Another employee grabbed my bags and tossed them on the counter with an annoyed expression on her face. I then asked for a larger bag because there was multiple bags that should've required a shopping bag to begin with she then handed me a salad bag and stated to another employee in a snide tonation I'm being nice today! After the second order was up I asked the cashier who I ordered with if I could possibly get a shopping bag and she passed me a bag . while I was putting my bags into the shopping bag I noticed the manager in the corner texting on the phone . Would've been nice to see some direction for corrective behavior & for someone to have bagged my items properly without attitude and then when I got home I found out they forgot two of the items in my order so I tried to call a few times to no avail and ultimately busy lines they probably took the phone off the hook they suck smh it's really...

The reason I give this McDonald’s 3 stars is because a multitude of reasons. I lived right across the street for five years. The service is always wishy washy due to the fact that the people who work in this place come and go more then the customers. They do not have a drive threw and also no play ground. The atmosphere inside however is very modern and up to date. They even have the machines where you can order your own food. Sometimes when I ask them for fresh fries they give me the cold ones. A couple times my fries where not even in the bag and more then a few times they gave me seltzer water instead of sprite. The black manager with the dreads is often very rude. I seen him yell at multiple customers he even yelled at me once. More times then not they always forget your dipping sauce but one thing I can say is at this location the Mc cafe machine and the icream machine is never really broken. The bathroom is clean even though there is often people outside asking for change and the parking lot never has trash inside. So I didn’t think four stars would fit so I gave them a three. Today I went to McDonald's 2028 rockaway Pkwy I ordered some food for my daughter and I ordered a drink with light ice it's take them more than 25 minutes to give me the food and the drink when they finally gave me the food with the drink. They gave me the Drink with half cup of ice I nicely asked them to take out some ice from the drink because it was too much The Manager Janelle told me that every time I ordered drink I always complained about too much ice in the drink and I don't even speak English. I told her I have the right to do so. I went in the car and called the store phone number When Janelle answered the call I asked her how can I make a complained I just ordered some food and drink. She asked me where are you I can take the complained I went back inside to talk to her but instead she told her coworkers to assaulted me. I called 911 when the cops came they told me because I wasn't bleeding they can't take a report.
