McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

The only reason I go there is because it is close to my house. This place was nicely remodeled, but the employees are the pits. They spend entirely too much time talking and laughing with each other in Spanish. I am bilingual and understand everything they are saying and most of it has nothing to do with work. Lots of nonsense. It seems like they are "styling and profiling" like a social club for each other.

Just right now order number 785 is about 10 minutes in without my order being filled. An iced coffee and an apple pie. I really don't understand it. I strongly encourage the management to send in secret shoppers to observe the staff.

This is why these restaurants are dying. No good customer service.

BTW my iced coffee tasted horrible. Was not the french vanilla flavor I ordered. It had sugar which I did not request. The apple pie sucked. This I endured a couple of blocks away as I drove to work.

They can't handle the basics...

Pretty clean, modern, and they have those new order machines that take CC so you don't have to wait on line to order your food. It does get crowded in there on weekends (not sure during weekdays but I assume the same). Went there for a kid's party and it was pretty decent & organized. Kids had fun running through the closed-in play gym in back room where parties are held- the only gripe I had with that is it's open to anyone that comes in & not reserved for just the kids at the party. It got Wild & out of control when bigger kids were playing rough & a couple of bullies were harassing the younger children. That pretty much ruined it. Bottom line: I wouldn't recommend your little one going in the play area ESPECIALLY if unattended! It gets rough in there when Much Older Bigger kids go...

This location is intentionally raising the prices for anything you get. My drink was more expensive than the same exact drink at another McDonald's Always check your receipts Especially with this McDonald's I'm not paying anything extra my drink and you guys should also call them out when they are raising their prices also, to be noted, they lie right to your face about pricing and bring you out the item thinking you're going to take it and just give up and it's not what you ordered Terrible management, and they need to be visited by corporate Couldn't even say okay, let's make it right instead.
