McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

First I wait in line for like 45 mins, I ask specifically for a regular Mcchicken NOT SPICY!, I can’t eat black pepper without having reactions to it ( sucks I know) then I get charged for something I didn’t order since I don’t eat pork for religious reasons I ask for a return, I ask for bbq and a sweet and sour and was charged for the extra one. God forbid they give out one extra sauce. Now that I look through my food, it’s a SPICY freken sandwich that I can’t eat. And two bbq sauces. If this is a communication /language issue please put someone else on the cashier so you guys don’t get sued. I can’t eat this or I’ll have allergic reactions. I literally specified what I wanted and double checked and the lady confirmed. I don’t understand. And then I got the stupid bacon sandwich in my bag even though I got my return. No care whatsoever. I’m glad I looked at the sandwich before taking a bite. Ridiculous service. Switch out the cashier for someone else cuz she ain’t it. A lady was very rude to me. She was calling my number and as I was trying to go through a crowd of people to get to the counter. She called my number 2 more times. She left my food on the counter and continued with filling orders. I came up to the counter grabbed my bag and left it on the counter to look and make sure I had my drink on the receipt. She then came up and told me that she kept calling my number why didnt I respond. I was behind a bunch of people who were also waiting for their food and she would not have heard me over the noise of the machines beeping and people. Then she asked why didn't I grab my food and its right in front of me. I told her Im waiting for my drink she then tells me she knows but tells her coworker that I need a sweet tea. She proceeded to wave me off and talk under her breath. I also saw her touching the cooked hash browns with no gloves on. I wish I got her name but she was not wearing a name tag. Today she was in a red shirt and her hair was braided in long corn rolls. Very rude and I hope she did not give anyone else the horrible customer service...

This is supposed to be an ice coffee that was ordered on the phone as I waited for it. I ordered it while I was standing there.. Coffee grinds and practically no ice. I asked for extra Caramel the supervisor said "she put the required amount, you need to pay for it" to which I responded that's not a problem. While I wait she proceeded to make nasty remarks and talk trash "oh they need to pay for it". Needing to pay for it wasn't the issue but her attitude is disgusting. This isn't the first time, she does this to passengers too. People like her needs to be disciplined, needs to take a class or course on customer service. That is an unacceptable way to talk to people and to talk down about the person while they're there waiting, so disrespectful and rude.
