McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

Because the security they have in there is very unprofessional very nasty calls people Junkies tell the women behind the register not to take people's orders for no reason at all she's very prejudiced she threatens people 90% of the people that have been going to McDonald's for the last 10 years have been told they have to leave and tells the work is she tells the work is not to serve them she was Adept or Wharton on Rikers Island and she got caught in the drug ring then his correctional officer bring drugs into the jail she was given a choice either you go quietly or you get exposed and if you go quietly it's without a pension so now she's working in McDonald's and she has threatened me and told me that I'm going to end up in the hospital every time I call the police in the 14th Precinct they tell me call McDonald's corporate because they are very sick of her I really like something she needs to work somewhere else before I really call 311 and get a complaint number and make a real big issue out of it on that needs to be done is she needs to be removed she lets certain people sell pills there people who entertain her b* and listen to her and that's how they get to stay in McDonald's so please I'm asking you as a customer at McDonald's for the past 6 years I've never had a problem with any security guard with her it's unbelievable I have not done one thing illegal or wrong for her to embarrass me and throw me out of McDonald's and tell the people that work there not to serve me and I am not the only one she does have to around and ask a few people outside McDonald's they'll all tell you the same thing everything I'm telling you right now is the God's honest truth I'm tired of being I'm tired of being harassed by her she's involved with something in that McDonald's I'm not quite sure what it is yet but I will not be able to find out because every time I walk through the door she makes a big scene and throws me out and calls me a junkie I am on methadone program but I do not fall asleep I conduct myself as a young lady I eat breakfast with three people every morning three days ago I went into McDonald's with my husband we sat down and had breakfast she was talking to the people that were sitting next to us she didn't say a word to me because I guess I was with my husband I'm not sure what the reason was but when I'm not with him she is very nasty disrespectful and McDonald's is going to lose a lot of customers behind her corruption so please get back to me ASAP because I'm about to get a lawyer if nothing is done about this lady she's ruining the business she gets behind the counter like she works there as a McDonald's worker and takes people's orders graduation flowers for beds but she doesn't carry a revolver because she is not licensed to carry one anymore so is she is the police why does she constantly call the 14th Precinct and ask him to come over to McDonald's they have told me themselves several times damn sick of her s* her calling them for no reason please find it in your heart to keep open and people that will put out for no reason should be allowed back in so please I'm asking you she really needs to go work somewhere else she is very very very unprofessional and very very very disrespectful she calls me out of my name she's racist she's black and I'm white she lets people do what she what she left people do what they want if she knows them well enough and she gets along with them so please get back to me as soon as possible and let me know what your decision is she's bringing down McDonald's and she's also very corrupt if I had a Bible I put my hand on it right now and swear to you that everything I'm telling you is the truth I was told by the 14th Precinct Police to call McDonald's corporate thank you for your time and I'm hoping to hear from you soon thank you so much have a...

I just left this location after sitting at the microphone for 20mins waiting to order. the guy asks us for our order and then disappears for 20 more mins to come back and ask the order 5 more times adding things we weren’t even saying. Then we get to the window and the SUPERVISOR is arguing with the employees the guy at the window is trying tk get our order correct AGAIN ! Meanwhile a heated argument that i recorded is going on. the guy Keeps swiping my boyfriends card and the card reader isn’t working. They give the card back and basically was like we only taking cash so im like i been waiting here all this time and you are dismissing me because your card reader stop working that’s not fair. so we go to the Next window to see if they could ring our order on the front register so we could get the food we had been waiting very long for. The guy from the back window come and ask if we paid i said no the lady that took over told us we couldn’t use our card so we tried to see if yall could ring it up here. A female manager then proceeded to argue with me and after saying we just watched a whole fight she then tried to go back and forth with me say there wasn’t a fight and i told my boyfriend to drive off i will be calling a manager in the morning! They were very rude and inconsiderate. There was alot of people standing around watching the altercation happening instead of assisting us at the first window trying to pay or the uber guys that were crowding up at the pick up window. Delivery wise: picked up here bout 3 times last night... 1st round was a mess, went to the delivery window and stood their patiently waiting for someone to address me, atleast let me know that someone will be with me in a min... So when nobody came to the window since I've been waiting, I said "hello, is anybody working the delivery station... the curly head Spanish boy who was taking orders next to the window looked at me like I had 4 heads and was speaking Arabic, one of the managers heard me and he just kept expediting, and it had a girl manager who was busy laughing that she didn't hear me, so I asked again. By the 3rd askkkk, she heard me and said she was the 1 working the window and to give her 1 sec. So I finally got my 2 orders after about 10mins... the 2nd and third time she saw me coming so she knew I was coming for deliveries and it went smoothhhhh sailing, she was focused and got in the groove, good job... I just need these companies to know that, WE DON'T get paid by the hour like them, we get paid per delivery and these customers complain, so the longer they take, the harder it is for us... ATLEAST acknowledge us when we come so we know who's working where, you see a new face, make sure you address them to know what they need.... I've done my due diligence in management for 5plus years and I know how I'm supposed to be treated, but a lot of these employees are just here for the checks, they don't really value their customers or third party workers and its sad what fast food had become....
