There is a number of problems with this McDonalds location. I dont understand why they almost always forget parts of my order when i order through Uber Eats. It happens soo often that Uber has warned me for possible false reporting missing items too often, even though this Mcdonalds is the one not including items that i pay for.
Also of all locations this Mcdonalds have a constant issue with using way too much salt, it ruins the burgers.
Dont bother ordering hot versions of their coffee drinks, unless its breakfast and just regulat coffee, because they NEVER have gotten my order right when ordering Hot Cappucino, or a Hot Latte, they always make it iced. And make sure not to order more than two beverages, because they will only give you two that can fit in one bag, while the third drink that requires another bag is always left out of the order.
Ive tried to make sure my order would be correct, and avoid any issues with Uber Eats by calling this location, but chances they answer is slim, and even when ive actually gotten someone on the phone to make sure the order would be correct, they still messed up the order.
I refuse to order from this location anymore, and although they all have some kind of issue sometimes, no other is consistently messed up as this location.
Management really needs to step up, and run this...

Today I actually witness the manager giving preference to what seemed like a lover free sandwiches over servicing paying customers. 10 customers who used the kiosk waiting for food I myself only a simple small fry ordered it at 6.03 waited to 6.20pm and only when I asked for my money back the Only Good Samaritan JOHN the cashier went and made my order while the manager frolics around doing only heaven knows. Maybe McDonald is gonna become a dying brand which I doubt so they just allow poor service in minority areas but for me and I hope many others that work for an income demand better quality managers. There are so many unemployed veterans hire them at least they understand service and brand management. Poor service, long unnecessary wait, poor structure ,don’t care attitude managers, take a page from star bucks management buy your employees Zappos concept for business i don’t know what it will take ....pay everyone more just do better McDonalds you are an American strong brand and your citizens deserve...

There's one nice girl who works here who always has her nails done. She's punctual and polite and quick and really there to help....anyone else I've ever deal with has such an attitude it's almost like your bothering them by being there. If your that miserable go get another job or be a little more courteous to the people employing you. Girls don't even ask for your order, they stand infront of the register staring into space until you tell them what you want....than you'll repeat yourself because they weren't even paying attention with a line to the front door. I was a food manager for 3 years and if this was my help I would either run them faster and stricter or just give up. No hustle. No talent, unemployable crew. (As I sweat my rear end off trying my best I come here and have nothing but resentment looking at people who have absolutely no clue what it takes to make it.) .....maybe that's why they work...
