I've been there 3 times this month and each time there was an issue. Most don't speak English well. There is always a communication breakdown. You say no ice you get ice. They get your order wrong almost everytime. You want a burger and you get chicken. Your reward says you get a large, they give a small. I ordered a large sweet tea without ice. I get home and it was not sweet at all. I believe I was given the unsweetened tea purposely because I had to keep telling them what they did wrong and what was missing with my order. I should have tasted the tea before I left. I also ordered a tea with lemon for my son, I got a tea with lemonade. They don't know the difference. They rarely have anyone on the one register they have . They want you to use the kiosk and often times the scanner on the kiosk does not work and there is never any paper in the kiosk. The amount of children that are in this small place after school lets out is insane. What's worse is they have horrible customer service skills. Read moreI’m really disappointed with the people who work there now. They don’t know how to make the coffee. The coffee is way too strong! No matter how many creams I put it’s still nasty;, regular coffee, frappe; ice coffee any coffee it’s way too strong. I’m not the only one complaining. My co-workers also have noticed how the service have changed. The staff don’t know how to deal with their clients. A few months ago the staff who was there was so nice and the coffee was awesome! Read moreI went to this McDonald’s today and ordered from that automated system that McDonald’s uses now. I guess the one I used was defective because I placed my order and paid in that new system and it took my money gave me change but it did not give me a receipt and my order was not processed. I asked a worker for help and she told the manager and she told me that I was a liar that I did not place an order and did not pay. She was rude and disrespectful and I ended up having to call the police to have the issue handled because the manager either needs to get retrained or demoted because she is horrible!!!!!!!
