I usually treat my parents out for breakfast. My mother loves McDonald’s however we always have issues coming to this specific location. Today was the worse experience than the others! We decided to go through the drive thru. The lady through the speaker was rushing me and was unable to answer any my questions due to the language barrier. She overcharged me when I clearly stated I only wanted the deal for 2 for five and of course I ordered more stuff. She charged me an extra sandwich when I clearly told her it’s only two sandwiches. She didn’t apologized or believed she made a mistake. She only gave me the money back so I can stop explaining the order was wrong. She was completely rude and handed the bag in such an awful way that the bag broke and all the food fell. Luckily I made it fall inside my car but the sandwiches opened and was scattered all around my mats. I had to request for a new bag and to replace the sandwiches. She did not apologized and didn’t expect to give me anything in returned. I highly believed that the sandwiches was not replaced due to the way it tasted and my orange juices was watered down. I had to asked for my receipt again since it was such a big mess in my car and I misplaced it, she was also giving me a difficult time explaining that she gave me the receipt already. I now got frustrated and asked her what’s the problem if I need a copy of my receipt. She closed the window after I asked her for a straw since I purchased two orange juice and received only one straw. Her coworker saw me waiting and trying to grab anyone’s attention at this point however the coworker didn’t wanted to help me. I had to wait about 50 seconds to get a straw for my second orange juice that I have purchased. It was such a terrible customer service. The orange was clearly dissatisfying that I was unable to finish it. My mother is an elderly lady that needed to eat with her medication and I am pregnant. I honestly don’t think I would come back here again. We are currently going through a pandemic and I am here to help the community but I am no longer purchasing food from McDonald’s...especially from this location. 51-35 Northern Blvd...
Read moreHispanic female Manager was kind and courtesy to try and resolve the problem. But I was so embarassed and it was busy that I didn't want to (for these reasons listed below) She begged me which made me feel like -I- was doing something wrong.
Cause the cashier to be embarassed.
Hold up a busy location with pending orders over a small matter I could address privately in a survey.
The young hispanic girl gave attitude that was not provoked in anyway. I simply asked her if she added the apple pie because the ordered look cheaper. It's not about the order though but I had to ask twice before she wanted to ring it up. She seemed reluctant? I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but her passive aggressive attitude and body language was not needed. It's less about what she said and more about how she reacted. Slamming the receipt on the desk , knowingly not giving it to me by hand, rolling her eyes and muttering under her breath.
When I asked for her name. Male cashier refused to give it to me, and so did the manager. I didn't need a last name but I most definitely should have gotten her first name and everyone refused to give it to me which is why I wanted to escalate this. How can an issue be resolved if it goes unnoticed ? I come here often because I work very close by and I stopped by here because it was closer than starbucks but if no one fixes their behavior I'd rather make the extra trip then be embarassed and over something so silly ! We mess up, I get that, but I expect to be treated with respect no...
Read moreWhat a disappointment...! On August 1, 2017 at around 11:30am, I walked in and ordered breakfast. It looked as if the staff was missing entirely. One lady was the only one in the counter taking orders, there was a line of about 6 to 8 people. My order was taken and since the only one taking orders was that busy, she never handed me my receipt. It's really important to have your receipt on hand because when your order is ready they will yell your number out, they yell...!! They do not call out your order number, they yell as if they were feeding animals. So I pulled my receipt from that device and waited for my order number to be yell out... Then I saw a tray with the items that had ordered over the counter and right in front of me was this other attendant who came out of nowhere and I asked whether that was my order and she blatantly ignored me. How is this possible that customers can be ignore in such a manner. I asked her again to let me know but she refused to help me out. Finally, the one lady who took my order did confirm it was my order and she offered me an apology. I blame the management of this establishment for such a disgusting customer service. If only there was someone properly in charge of this place, customer service could be improved. It's frustrating since I have to find another place to stop for breakfast. This place has a parking lot and that makes it convenient, but I had it...
