McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

It's been 15 years since I've been to this particular McDonald's but I had to use the bathroom. Felt guilty to use the bathroom without making a purchase to I proceeded to the register, a man with old clothes turns around and asks for a dollar, I looked at him for a sec and then looked at the workers, I felt bad for him and gave it to him. Proceeded to the register ordered my tea and medium fries, the gentleman ask if I wanted sugar, I said yes please, asked me if wanted milk I said no. Order complete stepped back my number was called, got my fries, guess what.. they were soggy and old, this is fully expected at McDonald's so I didn't care, continued to wait for my tea, gentleman takes another order, and then starts to make a large soft drink, lady had to ask him if he wasn't going to make the tea, he goes oh yea, oh yea, there are like 5-6 workers just standing around 3 of which are just talking... (back to the story) he makes the soft drink 1st, and then makes my tea, the tea has milk, no sugar, guess what I'm lactose intolerant. I didn't care, the food wasn't the goal, the goal was to use the bathroom at which there is 1 right beside the order counter, but I did not care to have these workers wondering what was I doing for so long, so I went to the upstairs dining area bathroom. There were 2 people up there looked like they were waiting on something, idk, I'm here to use the bathroom, should be peaceful, this place is dead, I had to owe bad couldn't wait, not even 10 secs went buy someone's beating the door, so I peed, washed my hands went outside to eat my soggy fries, as soon as this guy leaves another person is here to use the bathroom, not the downstairs 1 by the register, but this 1, this bathroom gets more customers than the register, because I didn't see a McDonald's tray or bag, so I continued to wait for everyone to use the bathroom and then hopefully it calms down a little. This goes on for about 20 mins, this young man comes with the box and ask me if i wanted to donate to Alzheimer's, I said sure what do you got? He goes nothing it's just a box, I'm like w/e at this point, gave the kid a dollar and continued to wait for the bathrrom. I go into this filthy bathroom and scrubbed it clean. Sat on the toilet, and another knock on the door... I hurried up did what I had to do and ran out there.. on my way outside a guy is staring me down, in my head I'm like here we go again, he goes brother can you sp... I didn't let him finish, I walked faster to get to my car... never...

HORRIBLE! I came here tonight, 6/13, around a bit after 9PM while on my way home from work to get some food. Drive through line was long. All you see while waiting in the drive through are RATS. Like multiple just running around outside. I should have left from there but I was starving and this was there first food place I passed. Plus I thought hey at least they were outside. Drive through was really slow. From the wait to order and the time it took to receive my food was about 15-20 minutes. I Ordered a large fries, McChicken, strawberry watermelon slush and a strawberry & cream pie because the apple pie was sold out. I checked to make sure I got everything then drove off. First thing I did was take a sip of the slush which was diabetes in a cup. Wayyyy too much syrup added which made the slush super sweet. Should have just stuck to my normal smoothie order. Then I started munching on the fries which were crispy and hot. I said ok maybe they need to cool off a bit so I started on the McChicken. Sandwich had Mayo all over the wrapper and a certain part of the bread was hard. Like it was old. Had to turn my light on to make sure there wasn’t any mold. I ate half and threw the half with the hard bread out. I went back to the fries and every bite was crunchy. When I looked down, all the fries were brown and over done. By this time I’m upset I wasted money. First the smoothie, then the sandwich and now the fries. I said ok, maybe the pie would save the day....WRONG!!! The pie was cold and gummy. Like it’s been sitting out all day and is no longer fresh. For all I know it could have been there from the day before. They usually have a freshness sticker and this one didn’t have any. I know I was at the drive through after 9PM but come on now. My whole meal including the drink was horrible. Very...

Food 2 stars- Not fully cooked Hash browns; very oily. Had too pat off excess oil prior to baking it for 10 minutes on 400°.

Service - Cashier(Spanish, Male) was courteous, patient, knowledgeable, professional 😀=4 stars.

The 1 Star goes too the unprofessional, Pregnant, Spanish female Server, who ASS-UMED, I would not comprehend the language & INSULTED EN ESPAÑOL 🤦‍♀️. APRENDER ALGUNOS MODULES!! This server, dropped my order on the counter cause I didn't respond fast enough to her calling my order. [I had surgery on my Achilles, knee injury. I use a cane to assist with walking.] I then waited 2 minutes for her to finish with picking up an order she was assembling, I requested a bag, [the original bag was becoming saturated with grease from hash browns.] She proceeded to ignore me with a side glance & pack another bag. So I asked a second time, I got eye contact; a disgusted look; went about packing the other order. En Español She ordered the Cashier [had to leave a Customer @ cashrap to wait longer on that long line] to give me a bag, that is when she Insulted me in Spanish and gave me a dirty look. . She should have stayed en la casa, if She was not up to handling her job. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!

FYI: PHONE NUMBER listed, you get a busy signal every call, [made 19 calls from 10:11am - 12:04pm=2hrs] No answer! Put the phone back on the hook!!
